Below is our Q&A with Mazen Saleh AlDarrab, the founder of a Saudi Arabian web branding agency New Windows. Mazen lives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where he recently learned of Bounce which has been saving him tons of time and headaches ever since.
What do you do?
I'm the founder and front-end designer at New Windows. New Windows is a web-branding agency based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We take existing brands to the web; starting from their websites all the way to their presence on social networks. I Get Things Done (aka product manager) at New Windows.
How does Bounce help you do what you do?
It helps me save time and to communicate more effectively with my team members. It's much easier to capture a screenshot and add your notes with this tool vs. marking it up with photoshop and sending the notes through email.
How do you use Bounce?
I use it to illustrate changes required in UI and/or graphic designs. Instead of meeting with the designer, we use Bounce to illustrate our comment and share it with the team easily.
How did you manage before Bounce?
We used to do 2 things:
- The hard way: take snapshots and then edit it with Photoshop to add our comments.
- Somewhat easier but very time-consuming: To have a face to face meeting to discuss the changes and feedback with the designers.
